Pets.
Cats and dogs, under 20 pounds, are allowed.
There is a one time, non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 per pet and an additional $20 per month fee. No more than 2 cats in each apartment.
Safety.
Complex has security cameras to maintain safety of the grounds.
